Cut the meat into 3 x 4 inch steaks and set aside. Prepare the onions and peppers is a rough cut with all the herbs.Add the tomato sauce in the pan, then the meat - the flesh of the mantle. Add tomatoes and stir. The vegetables and stir. Cook long and slow until the meat falls apart (at least 3 or 4 hours), stirring occasionally. Add the spices are cooked.
